What’s Covered
- Parts supplied and installed by David’s Automotive Repair
- Labor related to those parts
- Defects in workmanship or parts
Warranty coverage begins on the date and mileage listed on your original repair invoice.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover normal wear or maintenance-related items, including but not limited to:
- Brake pads and clutches (wear-related)
- Brake rotors (unless failure is due to defect or installation error)
- Rubber components and tires
- Wear or failure caused by negligence, misuse, racing, or lack of maintenance
- Damage caused by rodents or animals
Wear items are only covered if failure is due to a verified defect or installation error.
Warranty Requirements and Exclusions:
Warranty coverage is contingent upon required maintenance being performed on time and the vehicle being returned to David’s Automotive Repair for a complimentary inspection at least four times per year or every 3,000 miles, whichever comes first. This warranty does not apply to commercial-use vehicles, repairs involving used, salvage, or repairs where recommended work was declined and contributed to a failure. Incidental or consequential damages, including towing, rental vehicles, or loss of income, are not covered.
